Here's the answer - The Bollard Ash Column.
It's a heavy duty Ash Column finished in 15year galvanised AKZO Nobel powder coat, the top has our unique registered design "extinguishing lips" for making stubbing out easy. The Ash Column sits in a steel housing that's securely inserted into the ground.
The central bollard is padlocked to the insert and is removable. The lockable (keys provided) vandal proof top can be removed for infrequent emptying. Just put a black sack over the top and empty.
No dust, no fumes, no health risk. The cleanest way to dispose of cigarette ends - a blessing to all cleaners. No more unsightly mess on the ground.
